Sunset Terrace Apartments
They stole my money and is trying to evict me for non-payment

Miscellaneous

Sunset Terrace has been stealing from it's tenants by changing the allocation method used for monthly utility billing without notice which is a unfair and deceptive trade practice. They then issue fraudulent process, (notice to quit and demand for money that you do not owe) and threats of eviction if you don't cough up they money they stole from you. If you complain, they will set you up, and try to make your life miserable. They started in August billing at the increased rate, and I can prove that. I believe they have been using unscruplous billing methods for quite some time.
I do not believe this property is one you can trust to abide by the agreement they have you to sign.
Buyer Beware
