Somehow this company started a recurring monthly charge of $19.95 to my bank account with the description in my statement: PHOENIX GROUPXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
I did not sign up for anything with this monthly charge, and I could not get through to them to cancel the charge. I had to report it to my Visa fraud department who issued me a new card number to prevent any further activity.
