Won't give refund

As said in another report, their product—backing up your Wii game disks (or other game disks)—does not work and the software is available for free on the internet. Upon being told that (Nov. 13), they said they give me a refund their next pay cycle, Dec. 10 (the first sign of fraud. Why wouldn't they refund it immediately?). They didn't. I contacted them again; they apologized for the oversight and said they would refund my money. They didn't. I contacted them again, and they didn't respond. I have not gotten my refund back, and it has been almost two months.
