They serve fake traffic to paying members

After signing up with them, they offered a $19.95 account upgrade and 200,000 banner impressions. This sounded fine to me, so I signed uop for that, and started recieving traffic. The "visitors" always did the same thing, however. They come to the site, sit there a while and leave. They never leave the main page!
I contacted the admin, and he is one of those people who when you send him a request for help, he replies with a question... You answer THAT question, and he fires back with "What's your email address" - look in the FROM box! When I demanded a refund, he replied with "All traffic comes with tracking".
I have contacted the payment company and filed a dispute. He gets away with this because alot of people have no way of tracking anything other than unique visitors, whick he DOES send, as far as the logs say - BUT - they seem to me like robot traffic. I have dealt with this type of scam before - so be VERY aware of 1800banners
