Ed Popal and Reuben Adams of Keystone Capital should be stopped. Very similar to the other reports that I read (I wish I found these first) they approved a 200,000 master lease for greenhouse equipment. The terms met my approval and I forwarded payment as set forth in the term sheet $ 4,840.71. The company then requested 3 years of all documentation both personal and business. We provided all documents as well as detailed information on each document. Over a course of weeks, Reuben told me that is would be just a few days-we proceeded with demolition of buildings to make preparations. Guess what didn't happen-funding. Guess what we didn't get back... Our deposit. Guess who won't return emails or calls? Ed and Reuben. You have to catch them off guard with fake phone numbers.

I am sorry to see that you elected to not return my deposit and you found justification to keep these funds. If you review the emails between Reuben and myself, you will find evidence that he clearly tells me that the deposit would be returned but not the retainer. Reuben reassured me that at no time would I not receive this payment returned. Keystone Capital was unable to secure the funding based on the the term sheet. At no time did I agree to assign my personal residence in this process. When the funding was assigned to KMSR, they were unable to fund the project as described in your term sheet.

I would ask that you consider reviewing your position as return the deposit.
