I have payment agrrement with them, but keep getting calls and letters from other companies

I got into credit card debt and went to a credit relief company. This only made matters worse because they weren't paying the creditors and accidently double drafted my checking acccount one mone and put me in over draft.
So I then called all of my creditors and tried to make arrangements to make payments. Most won't, they want the all the money or very large payments that i can't afford. After many harrassing phone calls, I sent letters to all of my creditors that I would only communicate through the US Postal Service. This is the only proof you have that you have an agreement.
I was contacted by a "laywer" from Mann Braken's office and after many discussions and insistance on my part, got them to agree to payments by money orders only, so they wouldn't get into my checking account. I already had to change all of my checking info because of the overdrafts from the debt relief company.
I have been sending the payments to Mann Braken every month, on time, as per our agreement, however I have been getting calls and letters from other agencies for this same account. They are very harrassing and stressful and every month I have to make copies of my agreement with Mann Braken and all of my reciepts and send to these other companies. I also sent copies of these other companies duns to Mann Braken and told them they had better get with thier creditor and set things straight or I would turn them in to the FTC.
I haven't recieved anything yet this month, but the month is young.
