4.93 fraudulant charge 816-470-0407

On Dec 7 I had a $4.93 charge from integratedidea.com. I could not identify the charge and went to the website. My browser would not open the site as it contained malicious code. I phone the number 816-470-0407 and got a distorted voice (asian sounding) to go to the website list above.
I contacted my bank and they disputed the charge and I was refunded. I filed a report with the police for stealing a credit card number, put a freeze on my credit reports and contacted the FBI website to report.
There are other sites that reported 3 pages of complaints at $4.93. I would never have found this charge if I was not diligent with monitoring our money.
