U.S. Department of education c/o edfund a service of the california student aid comm. This company can lie and is a scam!!! They took all of my 2008 income tax knowing that i never applied for a student loan i faxed all of the papers i was asked to proof and edfund never called or mailed me anything back so i called them asked about my case and they told me that if i mailed them the two hundred dollars they would delete my file so i send the money to psr arcade newyork and again never called me again now their sending me on the mail a form that says 1098-E do not contact the recipient/lender for explanations or the requirements for any allowable deduction for the interest paid because for sure their thinking of deducting my 2009 tax money but this time i will not let it happen.
