Magic Moving And Storage - Top Moving And Storage - Amos Bretter - Gila Bretter All Possessions Stolen by these Scam Artists

When I contacted this moving company they agreed to move all possessions of mine, my wife and young son from Saddle Brook, NJ to River Edge, NJ. They showed up, loaded everything on there moving van including things that couldn't be replaced like possessions my young son had including things given to him from birth and all family photos of my wifes family and legal documents.in all there was 6 rooms of furniture. When the van pulled away from my previous residence Mr. Bretter called me on my cell phone and informed me ALL of our possessions were being taken to his storage facility because of what he alleged were previous amounts owed to him by me from previous moves. My son who suffers from Asthma went into an attack. We had nothing. We begged him for some of our Sofa Pillows so my son could sleep on them that night. Mrs. Bretter showed up and gave us what was a bill for previous amounts that they said were owed and two days later another bill arrived in the mail with still another amount they said was owed. The Police said they couldn't do anything and this was a civil matter. (Of course if this happened to one of their own their reaction would have been much different I am sure). After several court appearances and with Mr. And Mrs. Bretter's attorney who also has the compassion of a knat there a final disposition was to be heard from the Judge. The day the court hearing was scheduled I was in the hospital and their attorney was told of this. Long story to short-hearing went on without me-I lost and all our possessions which were either sold or thrown away including all our priceless things. If money was owed sue me but stealing? And the state of NJ and the individual in charge of these violations is personal friends of Amos and Gila. Can't win situation. I am now nearly divorced because of them and my son will not speak to me because he lost everything. BEWARE of who you do business with because scams like this happens every day. Their attorney has told me if I go public with this they will sue me. Threats and stolen goods are all this moving company is good for and now I have un covered numerous cases of abuse they have done to other people. I guess you can get away with this in Israel where this couple come from and they can get away with this in New Jersey also. NO JUSTICE in Lovely NJ
