No good people using real good people

I recieved a letter in the mail with a credit card. I thought it was a card from CCS skate board catalog. I called and spoke with someone, a woman who spoke extremely quick and sounded very unprofessional, than when she said hold on I said ok, a man came to the phone and verfied "ALL" my information from the bank.
I started to look for their web sight and couldnt find it. I came accross this and I am so happy. I am not going to let them get away with this. Thanks.
