Carlton Sheets No Money Down Real Estate ripoff. Does he even make money off real estate, or just the bulls

I ordered the program in June after watching a "special offer" on tv that said you could buy it for $9.95. After I received it I decided I did not have the time or knowledge to get in to it so I called the company because they told me I had to get a "return authorization number". (That's when I learned that it was actually $600)

The woman on the phone was very pushy and convinced me I could make payments for $23 a month and dropped the price in half. Is that not shady right there? So I ageed.

Maybe a week later I called again to try to return it and was again pushed into keeping it. The guy said to watch the quick start video before I decided to return it. I did, and learned nothing I couldn't learn on the back of the box. I called again and the lady was very adament that I give it a chance. I finally hung up on her.

By the time I called again, Whoops!!! Its been 30 days! You can't return it now! Was I told this? I don't recall being told that, and it was not on paper, which is what really matters.

They totally scammed me! They were so pushy on the phone, telling you to give it a chance, dragging it out until 30 days had gone by then refusing to take it back. Well, I sent the package back, everything but the one video un-opened and I have the tracking number. Ever since, they have been sending me bills for $23.33 and just the other day, I finally got a bill from a collection agency for $279, the whole price I was supposed to pay. This was yesterday, and I wrote up a letter that I now have to send the collection agency, to tell them to no longer contact me.

I think a lawsuit needs to be filed against this company. I tried to contact a local news station, but have yet to speak to anyone. I am going to file a complaint with their local BBB.
