If you want to lose your case and your money hire him. His idea of contingency is that you pay him a retainer and then he takes a percentage plus you pay as you go. He is disorganized, misses deadlines and doesn't return phone calls. If he screws up he starts running down opposing council. He should find another line of work where he can't hurt people.
