They hve been charging me every month for a long distance calls that i didnt authorize since july08

I have just founded out that this co. Had been charging me a fee every month. For a service that i did not ask for. Also i did not authorize them to do so. They have been charging me for this since July i want this to stop and i want my money to be returned to me
