Refused to Close My Investment Account, Lost Over $3,000

I invested with Edward Jones, and I tried to close my account three weeks ago. I have emailed them, spoken to them on the phone, written to them and filled out their forms. They refuse to close my account and send me my money. I have lost over $3000.00 because of their refusal.
