Bogus Leads

They send you leads that never call back or even never wanted work done in the first place and still charge you for the leads. Why are they making the Contractor pay for the leads and a supposed background on them when the should be making the customer pay to have the contractors sent to them and give a percentage to the contractor. That way, the contractor is at least guaranteed to make SOMETHING from these bogus people.

I paid their upfront fees and for BOGUS leads at a time when I was despirate for work only to find myself with less money in my pocket then if I didn't use them at all.

Whom ever is running that company now, is running it, and contractors names, into the ground. They should be investigated for there RIP-OFFS, and made refund money back to the contractors that they ripped off.
