Package ordered from dealworld.net

I placed an order with dealsworld.net on 1/11/10 and was told it would be 4-8 business days for delivery. I thought the package was coming from Canada and in fact it was coming from China. It took until today 2/1/10 for the package to arrive. I ordered Nip/Tuck box set seasons 1-5 complete. The Dvds arrived with no casing - and it was supposed to be 34 DVD's but was only 27 DVD's which means season 5 is missing. The mis lead me - and sent me the wrong item. Now for me to get my money back - will what take over a month? I'm not sending back until i get my money - or i want my discs 28-34 which i've paid for. How do i fix this?
