Proglasses.org scam, rip off

I bought some Rayban sunglasses, they arrived damaged due to insufficient packaging, I asked for a refund they said no due to terms and conditions, I sent the glasses back for replacement and apparently they didn't receive them, Please do not become another victim to this company.
I have only just become aware of other review sites with exactly the same complaints as me, I wish I'd known this before.
