Digby Southwest Sold me a Rolled over truck and STOLE my money

LInda is the sales person for DSW - she was trying to sell my husband a truck, it was covered with mud and they wouldnt even hose it off for us. We asked for the Carfax report - to which she replied "the don't make those for semis!" And I told her yes they do and this truck has 5 incidents on it, now will your company pay to get the reports? She said "no if you want them so bad you pay the $40". We asked her for the maintainance report for the truck -she said oh no it will take 3 days to get that. We asked her to her face "has this truck been in any accidents?" she said hey I got 120 trucks, you can't expect me to know about all of them, but no this one hasn't been in any accident, and if you don't want this truck I have another guy waiting on it. Under duress, because my husband had to pay rent he signed the paper. He drove the next day to phoenix, and talking to the mechanics he just asked if her could have a copy of the maintainance report, the man said sure no problem, and it was alot of papers to print out.
