I found this company through a very reputable business to business website. I received pictures of their products and a price list in my email. I ordered two authentic Coach handbags from them as samples. I sent the payment of through Western Union on December 29.
On December 30, I received an email from Rose Li stating that the items I ordered were out of stock, but she could order from headquarters. Then I received an email with URGENT in the subject line stating that the minimum order from headquarters was 6 items and she wanted me to order 4 more items and send more money.
I refused and she said they would send me a refund. I have been waiting for a refund since December 30 and kept getting excuses as to why my money had not yet refunded.
The person I was corresponding with was Rose Li (Xiaobin Jiang). She said she was the manager of a Coach store in China at Nanjing Deji Plaza no. 18 Zhongshan Rd Nanjing, China. Her email address was kx-authenticbags@yahoo.com. Cn.
I have never received a refund and have reported this company to the proper authorities in USA, China and to Western Union. Ive also reported them to the website where I found them and they are no longer able to do business there. As of January 20, I have gotten no response to emails sent to this company.
