Owner: Jeremy Cheap work, Great Prices... Isn't it supposed to be the other way around... Hmm

I went to this company strictly on a recommendation. As we all know, it is very hard to find a good mechanic. Well I went in and explained my problem, they did a "thorough" diagnosis and was happy that they said they knew exactly what it was and would be able to fix it the very next day. It was guesstimated to be ready by mid-afternoon. Closing time the next day... Still no call!

I called them and they told me that it wouldn't be ready until the next day. I was fine with this, giving that I didn't know anything about cars and had no clue how long it took. The next day, I received a call from Jeremy and he had asked if a warning light had been coming on. I told him no. I had never seen any warning light. He assured me that it would be fine and he would fix it by the time I got there. I went to pick it up. The price I payed was exactly double of what they quoted... And I understand it's just a quote. I payed no questions ask, just happy to have my car fixed.

No sooner than a mile, my car warning light came on... My engine made a weird sound. I immediantly drove straight home. Feeling a bit frustrated I tried to call, but it was closing time and I knew that I wasn't going to have anything fixed that day. I slept on it and reevaluated the situation.

The next morning, I went to a specialty shop and had them take a look at it... The original problem wasn't fixed, they put the wrong fluids in the car, and messed up a ton of stuff with the hoses, also their cutting edge diagnostics didn't find out that gasoline was leaking on my radiator... Woops... Turns out it cost me more to fix what they did than the original problem. When I called the shop, Jeremy made it clear that he could do nothing to help me... And if I wanted to bring it in so he could use it as a learning experience for his techs...?! Tough economy and one car and it gets used for a learning experience... Great... Uh not! Afterwards, he admitted that he had possibly broke the switch but offered no refund or payment for the new shop to fix it.

Avoid this company at all costs... Or it's gonna cost ya!
