Backwards Posting of Transactions... interesting to say the least

I've heard the usual... Keep a register... Yada-yada-yada! The fact is Compass BBVA has very "talented" ways for managing my money and transactions. I no longer trust them to manage my hard-earned dollars provided they dip into my funds anytime they can.
I'm not talking about 1 day's worth of transactions being posted creatively. They held 4 days worth of transactions and then conveniently posted them UPSIDE DOWN... From day 4 all the way down to day 1. Coincidence? I think not.
This should be illigal. If I conducted my business in this manner, i would be out of a job. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that their methods are unethical and irresponsible.
Compass needs a rude awakening. The customer service rep said they allow overdrafts in case of emergencies. Oh, really? I had emergencies over a 4 day period racking up over 11 nsf fees... Should have been 1 at the most 2.
Give me a break... I would love to take them to court and/or make this transparent to the public via the media.
