Deduct money from my account with out authorization

Received a call about a sweepstakes that I was one of 50 chozen with the letters aw
in minn. To win 25000.00 dollars all I need to do was order one magazine. Then ask for a card number to verify that I was a card holder of vista or mastercard, so I gave my card number to have money deposited into that accont.
When I check my account they had taken 70.41 out for 1 magazine, I call them to cancel but could not get a hold of any one. When I finally got paper work from them it
was 70.41 for 12 months and 2 other magazine were added. When I finally did get to talk to them theysaid they were already order and I could not cancel.
I called my bank and they are also investgating they credited me 70.41, but the next month they took another 70.41 from my account. So I had to cancel that card and ask for a new one.
