Online Bill Pay COMPLETE RIP OFF Said ERROR When in fact went through

I went on line to their website to pay the bill and it said there was an error processing the request, so it did not go through, or so I thought. The very next day I went into the local office in my hometown to hand them a check. The next day I checked my online banking a two separate amounts were taken out of my account. One was the online payment, to which I got no email/no confirmation, otherwise I surely would not have gone down there to pay again. I promptly called their customer service number and was told I could/would receive a check in three weeks or they could credit my account. I requested that they NOT credit my account and I stated that I would terminate my service with them if that hapened. I also stated that since the error was in their on line bill pay, that I was not willing to wait three weeks as this was going to cause me to have a negative balance in my account since I am on a fixed income. I have since signed up with another company in the area and as of next monday, I will no longer have service with this company. On a side note, they hire some of this most inept people I have ever come accross. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desirered, and every time I go to their office, there are long lines of people always!
