A Digital River Company Internet Fraud Scam Cologne

I was looking for a mail merging software and found this site: www.mailing-manager.com. The software is called Mailing List Manager Pro. No trial period or download is provided until you buy the software which comes with a 30 day money back guarantee, no question ask policy.

However, the moment they extracted my credit card information, I have not received the product and I cannot find out who is responsible. The company sends a series of bogus support email address. I paid US$92 on January 17 and I cannot get in touch with no one.

My credit card was charged by Element5 for which there is no contact number. I got an email of acknowledgement of purchase from Share-it.com. I get a no reply email from Shedix.com. These are all companies of Digital River.

I cannot locate any phone number to contact them or lodge a complaint. I need to file a report with the better business bureau of Germany or the USA if I can identify their real company name.
