MHV Total Rippoff and Bad Customer Service

This company is the worst in the WORLD!!! They have nothing but juvenile looking people working for them. Everytime that I went in the credit union to withdraw money from my account this hole did not have enough money in their drawers. And they call themselves a credit union, my debit card has never worked after 3 different cards and it still will not allow me to draw money from and ATM. When I told the manager at the Goshen branch they just laughed. They all look like they have been born in the woods and they have no concept of what customer service is.

They will cheat you in any way they can and will finance certain people with high finance rates and less for others! The president of this company is a dooshbag! He hides behind his secretary when customers complain about he horrible service that they receive. Don't get an account with this credit union. Every since I have been with them it has been nothing but problems. They have a habit of treating certain people different.

And good for nothing tramp Jessica Verzi calls herself risk management and she is the risk to the company! Bad customer service you will have to wait over 30 min just for one transaction, even when there are few people in the line!
