Fund raising scam!

Please beware of Shaher Handous who resides in Edmonton but constantly travels to the middle east and uses the perception of knowing people that can raise funds for your projects.
He is a Scam and all the people involved with him are not going to help but take your hard earned money! He has ripped off quite a few people in Alberta with the promise that the funds are going towards setting up a legal structure for a fund that will be used to finance your projects. No amount is unnatainable and it is promised to be delivered quickly... But you must post 1% of the amount you raise as that is required by the lawyer setting up the fund. He promises funds from Dubai predominantly and uses contacts who appear to be well connected however they use the percepetion to crerate income by sucking in innocent and vulnerable people to the region promising to deliver funds. Their whole intent and procedure is there to only make themselves money from the "retainer".
