Does not record payments, asses exhorbidant fees

I had extensive oral surgery performed by this dentist. They did not record my last payment made to them for approximately $750. They assessed a "collection fee of over $600 on the billing account and then assigned it to Express Recovery of Utah.

After getting them to recognize the final payment, I am still being held responsible for over $1400 in "collection fees" and "court costs" after they tried to place a garnishment on my wages for the debt.

Office staff is very rude.
