No answer at PODS - PODS

Help! We have a pick up originally scheduled for 1/2. We are not ready so have been trying to cancel. No one answers the phone and when I asked for my account information on line it came back minus the info I need to cancel.

Any one else having a challenge? I guess I will get up at @ 5 (my time) to try to still cancel.

Any suggestions?
