Holds refund money even AFTER they have product

Returned a Sony laptop just days after purchasing it online: I never opened it... Never used it at all. Got RMA number, followed all policies. 35 days later, OfficeMax still didn't credit me the refund - long after the $500 was gone from my bank account to pay the credit card company. They hold onto your money illegally, even though they have the product back in stock and probably sold again. Don't ever buy a thing from this corrupt company.
