Never delivered properly formatted sign software even though we spent around $50,000 and tried to upsell payment

We were interested in looking at LED signs that have become so popular. We first contacted SIgns PLus and a Robert Klinge drove up with a signtruck and a sign he represented we would be able to lease. He told us that this came with access to 300,000 animations. I flew down to his operation in Fla. And discovered he was working out of a residential location. He continued to show us all the capabilities tha we would have. I signed a lease withwith Greg in his office who forwarded it to National Equipment. I was very careful to tell him what our budget was. On the back of the agreemnet is fine print that says" they can change your payment by 15%. They did just that without my knowledge and my first payment and subsequent lease that was sold to Wells Fargo wound up substantially higher. After we worked through this we have tried to get the 300,000 graphics that were promised us along with the " User friendly software". It is now three years. The graphics rec'd are neither user friendly nor compatible to our system. We have had to hire a man with a degree in this field and the expertise to operate the sign at a substantial cost and have no choice to continue to do so because the "training that was given is insufficient". We have complained to the Better Business Burea and had our computer person write as well. This complaint cannot be reslved. We offered to fly his person up at our expense so that they could prove to us that what we paid for we got. No reply. He insists that if we pay for an additional training class that all will be magically fixed. Their tactics have been unethical with respect to our dealings and they will not resolve issues such as we have outlined. I believe they ar efly by night and not interested in providing what was promised. This is a lot of money to pay and there are better companies who stand behind their word.
