RCS or Royal Credit Solutions, almost got me (or may still get me). Similar to Credit Education Group that someone else listed, they promise a $2500 credit card for $298 processing fee.

I managed to google the phone # they gave and told them I would call them back before they got me on their "recorded verification" by someone else at the end. They did get my bank info though and drivers #.
