Harrassing people and taking too much of money

Hello sir,

I booked one of my shipment from Bhubaneswar to USA (CA) on 14th of Nov but today is 12th of Jan till now i didn't receive my package when i asked them what happened to my package they are giving me different reasons and taking money n money.in my point of if you are taking money then do your job but they are not. If you ask me what to do with this company I'll say close this center.
