Genevawatch.com went to my account and withdraw $88.89, after paying them what i surpose to pay. They are ripping people off

I logged on to my computer and i was directed to take a short survey from at&t my inthernet provider, after that i was told i have been rewarded a free geneva watch for taking the survey. All that i have to do is to pay $4.99 and which i did pay. Later they went to checking acct and withdrew $88.89. I personly think is a credit card fraud so i want my money back. Please help and let us know if genevawatch.com is a real company because they are stealing.
