Of Morgan Stanley in Addison, Texas Committed Fraud by not paying for 31,500.00 pool/spa in home in Thorntree Country Clu

This man came to my homeshow booth in 2003 and said he needed a pool built in a home he is building, and it must be paid on completion, and on time to close the loan for the 500,000.00 home on a golf course. We came to terms, we built the pool on time, he and his wife Denise upgraded the coping for 1,500.00 more, to be paid on completion. They signed the change order, and the contract, but upon closing of the home, the title company ignored the pool in the backyard, and allowed the mortgage company to complete the lien search and title search, though a pool was not funded.
So Terrance Wilkerson of Desoto, working for Morgan Stanley as a broker, and his home builder Jim Higginbatham conspired with title company and mortgage company to defraud me of total payment of the pool/spa. Effectively destroying my 2 year old company. The organized crime division said I had to sue by civil lawsuit, and upon proving the fraud, would then become criminal. These people pre meditated it, and should all be serving time, but this system allowed them to bankrupt me even though the city recorded facts in the inspection department proved the pool was built while home was being built, and the title company funded the home without any swimming pool/spa payment.
In 2006 I finally contacted the city Apprasil District to gain proff of the pool, they did not have it on the tax rolls. When I accused them of complicity they quickly went out and added it to the tax rolls. Built in 2003 via building dept. Taxes started in 2007.
Truth has a ring to it.
