They refused to refund my money

I placed an order in Aug, 09 and they said if you decide to cancel it, you have 30 days and they took all my bank information. They have cheated on us by not disclosing the full details of the refund policy. I cancelled the order in the trial period, they deducted the money from my bank account and I returned their merchandise, now they have the product and the money, but they refused to credit my account. It is not a big amount, it is only $39.95 but this is not the way to do business. I tried to solve it, I spoke with the supervisor twice and I have all the supporting documents i. E postage slip, order form, RMA # and I faxed all the documents to them. This company is running on total fraud.
