The web site sells DVDs and claims that "All DVDs are playable WorldWide!"

I ordered the movie "Phar Lap" and it won't play in Region 1 (USA).

The web site does not provide a physical address for the business, nor a telephone number. The DVD I ordered had a return address of "VID, 1350 E. Flamingo Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89119."

Ordered 9 disney dvds and received 5 from Thailand with oriental language on them. Five attemps to contanct them were in vain. No telephone number appear on the site
