Abusing worker and threateing not to pay them they salary unless you continue to work for them

I am a certified home health aide, i have work for heart to heart home care service since the corrdinator is very abusive to the homecare worker and tell lyes on them. On december 02 i did my inservice for the year and i was called back to do another inservice when i just completed the last one i told them that t i can't do another inservice due to the fact that i have a child with learning disibility and speech impairement and he can't miss another day of school. I never got payed for my inservice for dec and the supervisor told me that he will not pay me for my time if i don't come back to work for them, i don't have to work for know one if i don't want to do to the type of abuse and treatment that the employer does to the workers. Labor and law rule if i work you got to pay me my salary.
