Paid never got title

I paid. Cash for a suv and they told me to come back the next day to get title we'll I went. Back and I'm getting the runaround they seem not want to get me the title they keep telling me we have to wait for the papers. What papers they just haft to hand the title over. These guys young chevy are liers do not buy from them no matter what you'll get screwed over.
