A good ad gone bad

I was giving this web address to purchase an Ipodtouch for my daughter for christmas. They were listed for $110 dollars which was 89 dollars cheaper than I had found. So, I went to purchase the item and they have live chat and the sales manager told me that the best and fastest way would be to western union the payment. I went the next day and western unioned 110 for the ipodtouch and 30 dollars shipping and handling. So a total of 147 dollars i sent. I chatted with the sales manager, he said that he received the payment and would send it out on the following day and that he would email me to confirm shipping and that I should receive it in 3-5 business days. I never received an email or my order and they will not respond to my emails or chats.
