I recently purchased a Zhu Zhu Pet for our family and am having trouble getting the silly thing to work correctly. Of course we cant return it since all the stores are sold out. Does anyone know how I can get someone in customer service at the place that makes these things to speak to me about getting it fixed or a new one?
