Danielle Jewelry Misleading website language, promised refund never received

During the month of July I signed up online with ShopDJJ.com because of their low introductory jewelry price of $9, I did not read the small pring and thought this was a one time purchase. Next thing I know, the company that states in their website that 2 pieces of jewelry will be received each month, started mailing me a new piece of jewelry everyday, literally, minus weekends. I reviewed my credit card account and noticed that I had been charged $68 for each shipment. I immediately called the company, got the information for returning the jewelry and was promised that I would receive a refund, a month went by and I called them again, at this time they told me that it could take 2-3 business cycles to see the refund. This is now the end of December, the company owes me $621, and I have not seen a refund for a single dime. I wrote the company a letter stating that the 3 months had passed and that I would file a claim with the BBB if I did not get a response from them, I have not received a response and everytime I call their phone number, I either get a recording telling me to leave a message, which I have done repeatedly, to no avail, or sometimes the message states that all sales reps are busy and to hold, which I do, and then eventually they tell you to call back. I am very frustrated, and angry that this company will continue to rip people off.
