Return - Shamowow Towells 8 large and 8 small

I can only find one phone number to call for this company and I get a hang up. I want to return my package unopened. I was told by them back on 11/25 that it had already shipped and that I had to wait till I received it to do the return. Now I can't get hold of anyone to find out what I need to do.
