Miscellaneous

This company under the website of "http://www.floridaluxuryauctions.com/" have been running a auction for a house that was supposed to take place n 12/25/09 at 7pm, if all tickets did not sell the auction would take place as a cash prize instead of the house. I purchased 10 tickets for this auction. On the day of the auction i received the following email shown below which violates the terms of the auction.

To all of our friends and supporters, we want to wish you a very happy holiday season with all your loved ones and friends.

As you know, it has been our wish to complete the raffle by Christmas day. However, due to the economy, we have not sold enough tickets and have decided to postpone the raffle for 90 days (the drawing will now be held on March 25). The reason for this decision is due to the fact that this has never been just about raffling off a home - it's equally as important to keep the Mission of St.
