Oil Changes - Oil Change

I just finished changing my own oil this spring after your shops did it this winter. What I found angered me. I have a Subaru Impreza with a lower engine shroud. This shroud is connected with 5 bolts and 6 plastic connectors. The shoud was torn, 4 of the connectors were gone, the last 2 were broke leaving them useless, one of the 5 bolts was stripped. I broke a #2 Phillips Snap-on Screwdriver trying to remove the first bolt. An impact wrench was used torqued up 100-LBS.
Will it be Fixed? More Late
