I was defrauded. I requested a refund but was denied. Answer was "It Works"

I purchased the "program" on November 6.in speaking with the telemarketer, Anthony Favata, the National Sales Manager, he failed to advise me of the different products that may be available. When I received the package I learned that I was sold the TUDOR PRGRAM that does not qualify for a refund.
I found the program to be a useless CD with similarly useless 92 pages of paper. I filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's Office at www.myfloridalegal.com. The telephone number is 850-487-1395. I am a resident of Massachusetts. As Florida is the proper venue for a legal complaint, I cannot afford to hire an attorney to represent me in Florida. However, if any Florida resident is prepared to initiate a class action lawsuit, I will opt in. These scammers should not be allowed to get away with their fraudulent activities. I hope that someone will take the bull by the horn and make a serious attempt to recover our losses.
