Onyx LTD Careerbuilder delivered employment scam. Waters Rhone. Operates under several names, 1st reported in around 2007. Trolling for sales reps but mentions a VP spot would be better anyway

Water Rhone is now trolling for suckers in the name of FACTA Compliance North America. It's the same story as presented with Onyz LTD. Same physical address. Looking for reps, mentioning VP spots available, blah blah blah. The below was research done on Mr. Rhone in 2007 in connection with Onyz:
Got this email as well and started to vet the company. The domain oryxpartnersltd.com is registered to a Waters Rhone Inc of Jonestown TX.investigation of Waters Rhone shows he is a singer songwriter from Austin, TX who has "placed multiple songs with other artists on CD releases and film since 1996." Oryxpartnersltd started in 1995. Hmmmmm.By the way, Waters is one half of the songwriting team Rhone Scott.

Water Rhone is also listed on LinkedIn as past president of Phillips Healthcare and current president of Oryx Partners Ltd. His background appears thin enough that this OPL stuff might just be, well, less than what it appears.

Given the schlooky website, the failure to identify the Wall Street-listed, 30 year old firm underwriting their services, the fact that they are selling identity theft services with no physical business address, and that a singer/songwriter is selling ID theft insurance (might be a Country/Western song in there somewhere) I would back away from the computer and run as fast as possible.
