Scam artists! Do not buy from them!

I ordered my Uggs in chestnut on dec. 3 and didnt recieve until dec. 18. When I opened the small box that the uggs were squished into, I found that the boots had PEN on them!!!

AAAAAANNNDDDD total knock offs! My sister in law has the real ones and I compared hers to mine and the difference is so obvious, I cant believe they try to pull this off!!!

How could you send a damaged product and how to heck do you get PEN all over a brand new pair of boots?! Anyway, I've sent multiple emails and still no response even though they say "100% money back guarantee" on their website. They also claim they are with the BBB but I cant even find them on the BBB site!!!

Im very highly disspointed... DO NOT order for buybootnow.net!!!
