A denial of reception of sent money in amount of $570.00

I was requested by Mr. Tom Nicks (ESQ) to send $570.00 to his secretary, Mary Willams at the address: 234 Hackney Street, ER95LE, London, (secret Question: Best, secret Answer: Friend) MTCN number: 438-450-9625.
He supposed to pay in person this amount to Ms. Jessica Paloski (a Secretary) and Mr. David Zimmerman (head of Remittance Department) both from Equatorial Merchant Bank (UK), 71, Mare St, Hackney, London, E8 1HE.
The following day, Mr. Nicks Sent me the Email where he not onlydenied the reception of the money but has suggested that the mentioned above persons have hacked my money from his Email. My question is: if the Western Union agents have delivered this money to proper adresse, or to somebody else I need an exact tracking, because I am the loser.
If Western Union has delivered money to the right person, thus I DO request a PDF copy of the paper receipt sighed by Ms. Mary Williams, a secretary of Mr. Tom Nicks (ESQ.), because I strongly suspect that it is he, who took my money and then he lied to me about it.
