I paid $184 dollars for cigarettes by echeck to this online company, which also has a 800 number. I placed the order on 12/04/09 and haven't received the cigarettes. I have tried contacting the company but the website is "down for maintenance" and when I call the 800 number it says the same thing. I received an email on 12/08 saying my order was delayed but to date have not heard anything further. I have ordered from this company many times before with no problems. Apparently something is now wrong. I want my order or money back. The company cashed my check 12/06/09, it is now 12/22/09. I even tried contacting them with the email that they sent to me for my confirmation, nothing! I hope I am not a victim of a Rip off scam. I am very surprised, never had a problem with the company before this.
