Did not recieve goods

I did not recieve the kitchen faucet that I ordered from Home Perfect. So after two weeks I called them. They said it had been shipped, I asked when, they did not know the date. I asked where it was shiiped to and they could not tell me. They said that they would get back to me and they never did. I called twice again and the same thing happened. So now my credit card has been billed and it is now 20 days later and I still do not know where my faucet is. I would never ever order from Home Perfect again.
